With over a decade of HR expertise, Swati Jain is a dynamic leader known for her business-focused and customer-centric approach. She excels in Strategic Human Resources, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Operations.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions across global MNCs, conglomerates, and startups in sectors like Travel-Tech, Fin-Tech, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and Media,  significantly driving growth in India and South East Asian markets.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources (Gold Medalist) and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from prestigious Indian institutes. She is a certified Global Human Resources Leader by the National University of Singapore (2022), a SHRM-CP (USA), and PHR (HRCI).

Her deep HR knowledge, strong business acumen, and razor-sharp execution skills enable her to navigate fast-paced, complex environments effectively.
